Exit Realty Talbot and Company has roots in Loudoun County that span over 50 years. John A. Talbot III, husband of Helena and an active Realtor started selling real estate in Loudoun County in the 1950s and founded his first firm in 1967. Helena Talbot began her real estate career in 1979 and in 1995 founded Talbot and Company, Inc. In May of 2006, Talbot and Company, Inc. joined the Exit Realty family as Exit Realty Talbot and Company. For the new venture Helena partnered with her son-in-law Tan Tunador who had been an active Realtor with Talbot and Company, Inc. since 1996.
